The EDITORIAL ~ Atelier Versace Fall 2010

Vogue Germany reunites model and photographer team Anja Rubik and Camilla Akrans once again for its October issue. Wearing Haute Couture garments from Chanel, Givenchy and Valentino styled by Nicola Knels, Anja is all elegance and glamour in the extravagant Meisterwerke.
Love the one from Versace.
Last two pictures are from the Versace lookbook fall 2010 with the 14 years old supermodel Monika Jagaciak.

Start 'em while they're young...

I'm sorry, but these kids are just too cute...If I ever find Mr. Right and we happen to have perfect little babies... I may just have to move to Paris and dress them like this. As if Chanel wasn’t innovative enough, they have now taken to debuting, literally, young models. What we wouldn’t give to be that two-year old holding his father’s hand on that runway! Ex-Karl Lagerdeld male muse Brad Kroenig walked the catwalk alongside his two-years old son wearing identical Chanel outfits!

The VINTAGE ~ Chanel jewelery

Did you know that 1st Dibs now showcases new and vintage fine jewelry? They launched this new part of their site and I've been meaning to browse...Insanely fabulous Chanel necklace anyone?
Actually, this piece reminded me of red trend for this fall 2010. (Click on over to their site and you can get a full size preview of it!). I've been super into red lately so I'm really loving this!

The ART ~ Igor + André

The paintings today are from the Top Newcomers Spring 2011 Series that Igor did for Models.com. The first painting is Britt Maren. Igor wrote about his model: "Britt has a really interesting look, it's very versatile. Basically before i did any of the paintings, i looked through about 100 pictures of each of the girls so i could get a sense of their personality. I found that usually helps me alot. But Britt really has a wide range of looks. When i saw this picture, i instantly wanted to paint it. There was just something in the pose & expression that i really liked. :)".
He promised that soon he'll have some new different stuff for us.
I´m so impressed of his works, each portrait is so luminous. Totally inspirational for me...

The MUSTHAVE ~ Grey Days

Grey is the new black this fall winter. A classic flattering color, noble for the office, elegant in the evening. Grey always works.
Grey is ideal for certain weather. A perfect option for rainy fall and muddy winter. This color trend is essential for the fashion season.

The MUSTHAVE ~ Streets are InspiRED

I'm just loving the red explosion showing up this fall. It's one of those trends that nobody talked much about when Fall fashions hit the runway last February, but has been cropping up organically on people's streetstyles.
I'm having a sudden red gown and bag craving! Maybe some feathers too.

The MUSTHAVE ~ Rosso

This fall winter 2010/2011 Red is starring. It's always been a colour favourite of mine - of course after poudre!-. Fashion history, with Valentino and Christian Dior, has taught us that this colour is THE colour.

"J'Adore le Rouge. C'est la couleur da la vie."
